Sulfur Donor Ultra-Accelerator:

Application:

1. Ultra accelerator and sulfur donor for unsaturated elastomers, such as NR, SBR, BR, EPDM and NBR

2. Can be used as partial replacement for sulfur, performing outstanding high temperature aging properties

3. Successful in co-curing polymer blends of EPDM and NBR as well as SBR/BR blends

4. More soluble than other accelerators and non-blooming even up to 5-7 phr in EPDM

5. Increasing cure rate without sacrificing scorch safety, can be added to increase productivity

6. Wide application in rubber compounds for tires, mechanical goods, dense profiles, sponge extrusions and etc.
